Bryan recommends the Norton Critical Edition by Benjamin Foster, but the Penguin Classics edition by Andrew George is also good. Our goal is to glorify God by critiquing classical literature with the gospel. The Epic of Gilgamesh was very likely read by Moses so we shall pay close attention to the similarities/dissimilarities with Genesis.
